PRIDE Industries could not be prouder of our dedicated manufacturing team, which continues to support the business during these unprecedented times.

During the early stages of the pandemic, our customer base was uncertain about the future and reacted by significantly reducing their sales forecasts. We responded by reaching out to our partners to find common ground, keeping our factory doors open while supporting minimal production volumes.

Our dedicated employees adapted to the circumstances caused by the pandemic by adopting a hybrid work model. Those who could perform their duties remotely did so twice a week and were in the office three days a week. We felt that it was important for our teams to stay connected while also focusing on safety.

Since then, our manufacturing operations have fully recovered and we are now experiencing a surge in business that has required us to bring on additional resources onto multiple work shifts. These growing demand signals are strong and as we continue to overcome the global part shortages, we are ramping up our production output.

As we enter 2022, we at PRIDE Industries are confident that we can continue to bring our world-class manufacturing solutions forward to address our customers' complex business needs.
