In 2021, industry will continue to migrate from PCBs to printed circuit structures (PCS), conformally integrating electronics into device structures. PCSs solve the problem of incorporating an increasing number of active and passive electronic components and antennas into increasingly smaller and complex electronics packages.

Although much of the work being done on nScrypt systems is confidential, our users are making PCS and other devices that have never been made before, integrating electronics into devices with increasingly complex form factors.

Despite pandemic-related challenges, nScrypt delivered multiple systems in 2020 and signed South Korea’s ANI Motion as its exclusive reseller in Korea and as a nonexclusive reseller throughout the remainder of Asia. As a first for nScrypt, ANI Motion will also manufacture nScrypt systems for sale in Asia.

By combining 3D printing, printed electronics, and traditional manufacturing techniques, nScrypt's Factory in a Tool (FIT) 3D manufacturing solutions will continue to empower product designers and manufacturers in 2021 to build precision products, not just parts, in one machine, with automatic tool changes. nScrypt's nRugged, the first and only ruggedized 3D manufacturing platform, enables customers to 3D manufacture in harsh environments.

The pandemic has highlighted nScrypt’s vision of distributed and regional manufacturing and shorter supply changes. nScrypt's FiT will help to accelerate these paradigm shifts in 2021 and beyond.
