Will you be launching new products or services in 2025?
Yes, we are constantly innovating to enhance ESD protection and ergonomic functionality. We are currently working on incorporating smart sensors into our ESD workbenches.

These sensors will provide real-time data on static levels and environmental conditions, allowing companies to monitor and maintain optimal ESD safety in their facilities more proactively. Additionally, we are expanding our product range to offer even more customizable options, addressing the increasing demand for tailored solutions that meet specific operational needs.

Have supply chain shortages been resolved and are you able to hire skilled workers?
Our production process remains highly controlled as all manufacturing is done in Poland, which allows us to maintain quality control and manage our resources effectively. This setup has enabled us to navigate supply chain challenges by focusing on local production, and our commitment to innovation and quality has allowed us to attract and retain skilled talent in the region.

What is the outlook for your business in 2025?
We are optimistic about our growth in 2025, driven by our ongoing commitment to innovation and product customization. As industries increasingly prioritize ESD protection and ergonomic efficiency, we see a strong demand for our solutions across sectors like electronics, medical devices, and automotive.

Our focus on developing new technologies, such as smart sensor integration, and expanding customizable options aligns with market trends, positioning us well for continued success in supporting the quality and safety needs of modern manufacturing environments.
